Description
This feature allows bands to designate a thickbox splash page to show up whenever an anonymous visitor first comes to the page. Cookies are used to ensure that only anonymous users see the page and that they only see it once (or once per month/week/whatever time frame the band designates).
Splash pages can either be an internal page, which will be shown without theme or an external image.
These settings can be configured from Tools > Splash Page > Splash Page
